Overview:
The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) provides essential nursing care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The RN collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care participates in continuous education and ensures smooth continuity across shifts.
Key Responsibilities:

Prescribe and coordinate professional nursing care for assigned patients

Plan direct and evaluate total nursing care and unit functions during assigned shift
-
Ensure effective communication with other shifts to maintain continuity of care
-
Maintain positive relationships with other departments and nursing units
-
Participate in staff education policy and procedure updates and skill enhancement
Schedule and Shift Details:
-
4 to 6 week orientation before independent floor assignments
-
Full-time schedule; specific shifts based on unit needs

Openings available in multiple departments
Required Qualifications:
-
Associate degree or higher in Nursing
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in nursing

Valid New Hampshire RN license
-
Valid American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS) certification

Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred
Skills & Competencies:
Patient care critical thinking EMR documentation communication collaboration adaptability in high-pressure environments
