Position Responsibilities:
Support mentor and motivate salaried and hourly workforce. Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact. Identify design develop implement and execute new and existing processes policies goals and solutions to reduce potential risks. Create schedules identify and communicate risks to stakeholders define risk mitigation strategies and facilitate appropriate engineering solutions. Develop system requirements to streamline and simplify tools used to manage and enhance operational productivity accuracy and effectiveness for customers. Evaluate the effectiveness of current or future systems and collaborate with other departments to integrate with business systems and processes. Maintain metrics reports and process documentation to monitor and analyze delivery performance and key controls. Manage cross-functional teams and/or third-party vendors for implementation of project/program requirements. Collaborate with all support teams including Safety Engineering Loss Prevention Quality Assurance and Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives.
Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration Communications Finance Engineering or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have two years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) direct management and managing processes projects or programs; (2) identifying and executing process improvement initiatives and providing customer support in a professional non-retail environment; (3) using Salesforce SQL Tableau Excel or related business management tools; and (4) human capital management including interviewing hiring performance management coaching promotions and terminations as well as providing technical non-technical and administrative support.
