Reporting to the Technical Office Manager the role is responsible for applying the devices developed by the company to real projects through analysis preparation of proposals and specification of works in order to guarantee correct project execution and customer retention.
You will be responsible for:
- Preparation and detailing of drawings and project plans to ensure feasibility correct implementation and commissioning.
- Technical and economic planning of projects and subsequent monitoring of the execution plan to ensure no significant deviations occur and to properly follow up the project with the client.
- Technical assistance and project support during all project phases to ensure objectives are met on schedule.
- Development of technical workshops and attendance at industry events to ensure inclusion of Zennio products in the market and increase brand visibility in all markets where Zennio operates.
- Definition of technical specifications to ensure project viability.
- Design production programming monitoring and management of DEMO kits for client presentations thereby ensuring product visibility in the market.
- Conduct state-of-the-art studies in coordination with the CLIPS department to implement detected updates and increase brand visibility.
- Preparation of technical documentation for Zennios website (Presto Visio specification sheets and CAD blocks) to ensure availability and visibility of these resources.
- Report customer suggestions with the aim of keeping products up to date or developing new ones to provide better customer service and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulations; identify and report environmental incidents within the Integrated Management System to meet objectives in this area.
- Propose and investigate alternative working methods; develop internal tools and/or procedures to improve the efficiency of the area.
- Provide technical advice to junior profiles within the area or to other departments to ensure technical development of staff and improve overall performance.
- Promote effective communication among all team members to improve department operations and information transfer.
Prerequisites:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Industrial Electrical Electronics...)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Good at AutoCad
- A high level of English is essential for this position Spanish is a plus
