Job Description:

Lead and manage complex restoration and water resources projects from concept to implementation.
Perform hydrology and hydraulic modeling using tools like HEC-HMS HEC-RAS and Civil 3D.
Develop stream and wetland restoration construction documents specs and cost estimates.
Oversee field assessments data collection and construction monitoring.
Coordinate with clients regulators subcontractors and internal teams on multi-year projects.
Perform watershed and geomorphic analyses stream stability assessments and sediment transport studies.
Supervise junior engineers assign work manage project schedules and track budgets.
Represent the company in client meetings public presentations and stakeholder discussions.
Draft proposals project plans and technical reports.
