Job Description
Job Summary (List Format):
- Develop and maintain C# / Core Web API services and microservices.
- Design build and support RESTful services in an AWS-first environment.
- Deploy and operate services using AWS ECS/Fargate or EKS Lambda and manage API exposure via ALB/API Gateway.
- Integrate with AWS services such as SQS/SNS EventBridge S3 RDS/Aurora (SQL Server/Postgres) and DynamoDB.
- Implement service security using OAuth2/JWT (Cognito or Identity Provider) and manage secrets with AWS Secrets Manager/SSM.
- Instrument services for monitoring and tracing with CloudWatch X-Ray structured logging and tracing.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests (xUnit/MSTest) and participate in code reviews.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using tools such as CodePipeline/CodeBuild GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Participate in Infrastructure-as-Code development with CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Work collaboratively within a Scrum team ensuring clear and proactive communication.
- Hybrid position based in Austin TX (local candidates only).
