Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a multi-functional branch teamsales operations logistics adminto deliver on operational performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage branch P&L budgets cost control and financial reportingensuring profitability.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand revenue grow client base and elevate market presence.
- Oversee inventory dispatch warehouse and supply chain operationsensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Monthly Salary: Market related
- Bachelors degree in Business Management Logistics or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of leadership experience in branch or operations management with P&L accountability.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales and operational efficiency.
- Strong financial literacy including budgeting and performance tracking.
- Excellent people-management skills humility emotional intelligence and authenticity.
- High resilience adaptability and results-driven mindset.
- Experience in the signage digital print or distribution industry.
