The following duties are an overview of the primary duties and responsibilities of the Prepress Coordinator and should not be considered an all-inclusive list:
1. Capable of learning and utilizing company workflow programs
2. Process Submitted Art files.
3. Artwork Review. (Reviewing the graphic designers instructions)
4. Produce computerized images and drawings.
5. Check printability communicating with Prepress team in Korea.
6. Art die line creation.
7. Packaging Suitability
8. Art Pro Management.
9. Understand market trends specifically relating to packaging industry and implement into design work
10. Communication with production and supplier.
11. Communicating effectively with team members.
12. Participate Final Print QC (New Revised Repeat)
13. Catalogue QC print samples.
14. Flexo Press Pre-press processing.
15. Proofing

- Ink Drawdowns
Safety Responsibilities
All Flair employees are required to be an active safety participant at Flair by:
1. Attending required safety training sessions
2. Reporting any accidents near misses and safety concerns to a designated safety team leader in a timely manner
3. Following the Companys work safety rules and procedures.

Required Training Experience Licenses and Certifications
In addition to performing satisfactorily all of the duties and responsibilities of the position an individual in this position must possess and maintain the following knowledge skills qualifications and/or abilities:
1. Two-year degree in graphic design focusing on print media or another related field.
2. Two to Five years of graphic design related experience in the packaging industry preferred.
3. Prior experience using Illustrator Photoshop and other graphic software.
4. Must be able to speak read write and understand the English language at a level adequate to perform job functions.
5. Understanding of basic film chemistry preferred.
6. Fluency in Korean language preferred
