Job Description:

5-7 years of manufacturing engineering industrial engineering experience ideally in an electro-mechanical industrial procust manufacturing assembly environment

Lean manufacturing Total quality management Kaizen 5s Material tracking - Kanban Poke - Yoka etc.

Improve quality reduce cost increase productivity and improve cycle time.

high volume and high mix production environment

VSM

Video based time studies

VA / NVA / RNVA analysis

Line Balancing Studies using Yamazumi charts

SOP Work Instructions

capacity calculation manpower utilization and cell utilization

Analyse bottleneck in the process understand current challenges and projects in place to improve performance

Material and internal supply logistics study and identify wastes in current process

Propose process improvements to reduce the indirect labour cost

Implementing the Process improvements

Compensation: $90000.00 - $100000.00 per year
