Job Summary

We are hiring a System Engineer for one of our clients in Bothell WA.

Job Description:

6 years of experience in Tier 1 Support handling incident resolution troubleshooting and user support in fast-paced environments.
Strong experience in monitoring and observability tools including ELK Stack Grafana Kubernetes (K8s) and Dynatrace.
Skilled in SQL querying for data extraction analysis and troubleshooting application/database issues.
Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability performance and uptime.
