What you bring to SBHG :
Education
Bachelors Degree in a Mental Health/Human Services Field or
Associates Degree in a Mental Health/Human Services Field or
High School Diploma or equivalency.
Experience
Bachelors Degree: One (1) years Administrative Quality Assurance or Medical Records experience required without Bachelors Degree.
Associates Degree: Two (2) years Administrative Quality Assurance or Medical Records experience required without Bachelors Degree.
High School Diploma or equivalency: Three (3) years Administrative Quality Assurance or Medical Records experience required without Bachelors Degree.
One (1) year mental health experience preferred.
License or Certification
Valid California Drivers License.
How you will make a difference:
The Administrative Program Assistant primarily has responsibility of handling the intake process for TEAMMATES program referrals and all self-referrals. The Administrative Program Assistant acts as a liaison with external agencies and County representatives. The Administrative Program Assistant will assist other Directors Supervisors Coordinators and teams to ensure best practices and ensures conformity with Medi-Cal Los Angeles County and internal standards and policies. He/she will coordinate all IT and EMR processes and provides secretarial support for the Administrator and Administrative Services Director. Prepares agendas and various computerized and non-computerized reports. Interacts with staff members physicians outside agencies and the public. Processes billing for expenditures related to trainings service delivery etc. for community partners. Accuracy and timeliness are essential as they may affect legal and economic liability to the organization.

TEAMMATES offers Wraparound Intensive Field Capable Clinical Services (IFCCS) and IFCCS Outreach Triage Team and Child Outreach Triage Team services that cover a full range of treatment and support.
24 hours of referral receipt and services are delivered countywide by the same team
24-hour Crisis Intervention
SED Children and Adolescent driven program.
Client and Family driven program with mutually agreed by service provider and family.
Contract with DMH and Child Protected Services and Probation.
