These solutions leverage advanced AI machine learning and computer vision models to enable secure and reliable document-based identity verification.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled R&DTeam Lead to join our Identity Verification group.
This role is ideal for a strong technical leader who thrives in balancing hands-on development with architectural leadership and people management.
Youll lead a talented team working acrossbackend and frontend development driving innovative solutions that shape the future of digital identity verification.
What Youll Do:
- Lead a team of engineers guiding them from both an architectural and technical perspective while fostering professional growth.
- Lead the design implementation and delivery of end-to-end features across web mobile backend and infrastructure layers while guiding the team to uphold technical excellence and best practices.
- Oversee SaaS production systems in mission-critical environments.
- Collaborate closely with Product UX and Data Science teams to define technical solutions that deliver real user impact.
- Mentor team members promote best practices and cultivate a problem-solving can-do culture.
What Youll Need:
- 5 years of professional experience as a software engineer.
- 3 years of proven experience as a people manager in a software engineering environment.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience in Web application stacks - React / .
- Proven ability to lead large cross projects from ideation to production
- Strong understanding of software architecture and technical leadership.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to lead in a fast-paced evolving environment.
- Experience working with Data Science teams (especially in computer vision) is a significant plus.
- A mindset of responsibility and care for what you buildnot just delivering code but building systems that run well in the wild
- Cybersecurity background is an advantage.
