Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Financial Operations & Revenue Strategy
Support revenue forecasting variance analysis and actuals vs. plan tracking in collaboration with the Finance and teams.
Assist in building dynamic models that project pipeline conversion and revenue attainment.
Help analyze unit economics CAC LTV margins per service payback periods and cohort-level performance of leads and clients.
Data & Reporting
Maintain and enhance dashboards that tie revenue performance to key financial KPIs (e.g. margins per service ltv cac forecast net retention).
Work with Finance to ensure accurate data flow between HS and financial systems.
Cross-departmental collaboration and support
Process Optimization
Identify operational inefficiencies that impact financial performance such as lead leakage slow deal cycles or inconsistent discounting.
Participate in cross-functional initiatives that align RevOps processes with financial controls and planning cycles.
Systems & Tools
Support the integration of tools and data sets (e.g. CRM ERP billing platforms) for improved revenue visibility.
Use Excel/Google Sheets SQL (optional) and BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) to support decision-making.
