WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
Assist all walk in customers and phone calls with queries on shipments
Provide clear and specific guidance on documentation and packaging requirements for all customers
Helping with additional tasks as required for example resolving and responding to email queries
This is afull-time permanent positionworkingMonday 8:30am - 5:00pm Tuesday to Friday from 8:30am - 4:30pm
WHAT CAN YOU BRING
Strong computer skills within Microsoft Suite
Great customer service and communication skills
Experience adhering to WHS procedures
