What Your Day May Look Like
- Manage physical access control system (PACS) alarms related to critical data or network infrastructure life safety or duress.
- Investigate alarms using CCTV and other investigative tools. Respond by sending security patrol or alerting emergency services and/or escalating to next-level incident management teams.
- Conduct ongoing review of multiple systems and sources to detect potential risks.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting of physical access control system (PACS).
- Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Position Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Associate degree or 2 years of equivalent work experience in Military Law Enforcement Government or Corporate Security.
- Bachelor degree preferred.
- Prior experience in a security operations center TOC or similar a plus!
- Comfortable in high-tech work environment and constant learning of new tools and innovations.
- Strong customer service skills required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation measures.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas pre-employment screening process including drug screen and background investigation.
