Job Description
- Provide production support for Material Flow areas
- Participate and/or lead high-impact automation projects related to Material Flow
- Design and optimize material flow processes to establish efficient warehouse storage delivery to production lines receiving raw goods and shipping finished goods.
- Interact on a regular basis with other functional groups and customers or vendors on technical and/or administrative matters
- Using data and analytics to make business decisions
- Work with operations supply chain planning and other engineering departments to develop site logistics and material storage plans.
- Be part of a rotation providing on-call support as necessary.

- Bachelors degree in Engineering
- 0 years of relevant experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- ABET-accredited engineering degree
- Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Degree
- Previous manufacturing and warehousing experience
- Previous experience with RPA technology and reporting tools (PowerApps Power Automate and PowerBI)
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma processes

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary within the local market in which we operate and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The starting salary for this role is $70000-$74000annually commensurate with the skills talent capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
