As Senior Manager Transformation & Strategic Projects at Envalior you will play a pivotal role in shaping our companys strategic direction by leading complex transformation and business strategy initiatives. You will manage the execution of high-impact cross-functional projectssuch as M&A restructuring and strategic improvementswhile developing clear frameworks for synergy tracking and comprehensive reporting. We are seeking a high-potential professional with a proven background in transformational projects corporate Strategy and M&A. As Senior Manager youll play a key role in shaping our global business direction through hands-on engagement in complex high-value initiatives.

Key Contributions

• Drive and steer high-impact transformational restructuring and strategic business projects.
• Deliver detailed analyses and reports for shareholder and board meetings ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Support potential M&A activities partnerships and contribute to the overall business strategy
• Support comprehensive economic market and synergy analyses
• Analyze and evaluate strategic opportunities for business growth across all divisions
• Support design and steering of yearly strategy review process

The Ideal Candidate

• Several years experience in Strategy/Management Consulting ideally with a top-tier firm or in a Corporate Strategy/Project Manager role.
• Experience must be centred on business strategy M&A transformation - ideally in a change management environment
• Industry expertise preferred in Chemicals MNC or highly regulated industry is an asset
• Outstanding complex project and stakeholder management skills demonstrating leadership and organizational skills with a focus on driving business growth and organizational change
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to drive strategic decision-making
• Excellent communicator in English (German or Dutch are a plus).
• Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word).
