The Senior Manager Internal Control & Risk at Rituals will be responsible for designing implementing and enhancing the organizations enterprise risk management framework and internal control environment. Key responsibilities are:
- Facilitate enterprise-wide risk assessments and maintain an up-to-date risk register.
- Introduce develop and implement risk measurement tools such as KRIs heat maps and scenario analysis.
- Strengthen the internal control system by designing and documenting robust controls in line with operational needs compliance requirements and our risk appetite.
- Continuous improvement of our processes and internal controls
- Engage with internal stakeholders and external auditors
- Member of the fraud committee
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or masters degree in the field of Finance / Accounting
- Min. 8 years of relevant working experience (internal or external audit / internal control) in an international environment.
- Strong analytical skills and passionate about Risk Management
- Strong communicator with good influencing skills;
- Skilled in building bridges and fostering international relationships;
- Good knowledge of English
- Proven ability to work in a complex entrepreneurial organization.
