Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Operations Specialist to support our fast-paced marketing team. This role will focus on executing campaign operations tracking performance and managing day-to-day marketing tools and tasks that keep our engine running smoothly.
In this role you will get to
Campaign Operations & Tracking
- Own campaign setup tagging and performance tracking across email digital and paid channels
- Maintain marketing calendars and ensure campaign timelines are met
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to ensure campaign follow-through and reporting
Marketing Performance & Analytics
- Track and compile performance metrics across platforms (email web LinkedIn syndication etc.)
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards with insights and recommendations
- Support ad hoc analysis for executive reporting and campaign optimization
Marketing Systems & Tools (e.g. Pardot Salesforce)
- Manage and update content within marketing tools (e.g. Pardot for deploying emails)
- Ensure data hygiene tagging consistency and system integrations are maintained
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders as needed
General Marketing Support
- Support brand and content efforts with light project management and asset coordination
- Take on miscellaneous marketing tasks that support broader team efficiency and success
Your skills and qualifications:
- 25 years of experience in marketing coordination operations or a related role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Comfortable with marketing platforms ( Pardot Google Analytics)
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Proactive solutions-oriented and a strong team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
