The Role

Were on the lookout for a Senior Associate to join our rapidly growing national Finance practice led by Zina Edwards. Zina is an experienced finance and restructuring lawyer with a strong focus on Australias fast-growing alternative lending market.

In this role youll have the opportunity to lead and advise on complex high-value transactions involving onshore and offshore credit funds asset managers and other non-bank lenders. Matters will span structured finance and hybrid transactions venture debt and growth finance restructuring and special situations.

Youll play a key role in mentoring junior lawyers helping shape the strategic direction of the practice and contributing to client relationship management and business development initiatives.

  • Currently practising as a Senior Associate (or ready to step into that role) in a Banking & Finance practice
  • Genuinely passionate about complex problem-solving and thinking commercially and creatively
  • Eager to play a visible role in the firms growth and business development
