Job Description
How you will do it:
You will broadly keep the plant and equipment operating at a state that delivers the planned production capacity while ensuring the required product quality is met at the least maintenance cost. You will manage key performance indicators (KPIs) including Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and post-Preventive Maintenance (PM) performance while supporting Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives.
What we look for:
Required:
- High School degree diploma or a GED equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
- 3 years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
- 2 years as a maintenance supervisor in a manufacturing setting.
- 3 years of experience in PLC troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time and meet all specified deadlines.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills and the ability to motivate team members.
Preferred:
- Bachelors degree.
- Proficiency in popular CMMS solutions like Maximo 7.6 SAP Maintenance and Prisma.
