Job Summary
Civil Engineer (PE) Project Manager
Location: Indianapolis IN (Hybrid/On-Site as needed)

About the Role
What Youll Do
Lead and deliver civil/site projects: site layout grading utilities drainage roadway improvements.
Drive schedules budgets quality standards and client satisfaction.
Mentor and develop junior engineers designers and technicians.
Prepare review and stamp plans specs and technical reports.
Serve as the primary contact for clients consultants and permitting agencies.
Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations and internal QA/QC.
What You Bring
Bachelors in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred).
Active Indiana PE license.
6 years of civil engineering experience with proven project management.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams.
Excellent communication leadership and client-facing skills.
