Job Summary

We are working with a leading investment firm offering Forex and CFD trading company. We are looking to recruit a Senior Site Reliability Engineer for their team.

Position: Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Location: Limassol Cyprus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain monitoring alerting and observability tools to ensure system reliability
Ensure consistent visibility into system performance and overall health
Respond to system incidents and service disruptions with detailed investigation and resolution
Participate in root cause analysis and contribute to documentation of post-incident reviews
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and prevent recurring issues
Automate deployments configurations and operational tasks to improve system efficiency
Support release activities and monitor systems during deployment cycles
Work closely with development QA and operations teams to streamline delivery processes

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluency in English with strong proficiency in both written and verbal skills
Degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) DevOps or related role
Proficiency in both Windows and Linux server environments
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS experience is essential)
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and related container orchestration tools
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines configuration management and Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g. Terraform CloudFormation Ansible)
Scripting skills in at least one language such as Python Bash or PowerShell
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git)
Experience with monitoring logging and alerting tools (e.g. Prometheus Grafana ELK etc.)
Understanding of incident problem and change management practices
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to mentor team members and share technical knowledge
Excellent time management communication and documentation skills
