Job Summary
Need a 2 Years Experience Mechanical Production Automobile Engineering Candidate for the Prismatic/Manufacturing Engineer Position. Shop floor experience CNC Programming
Responsibilities
Workload covers PTME Led Engineering Studies including What-ifs and Vignettes through responses (Prior to Long Lead Funding and Formal RFQs) for ICE Transmission Axle Components capacity electrification programs and post for new electrification studies (Power Unit eDrive Battery).
Develop the manufacturing study response and management review decks (i.e. Deep Dive Decks).
Complete study work with PD (i.e. Product word assumptions BoD / BoP requirements).
Support the DPA5 process through the development of component MDS and MPS KPACs. Complete MA assessments - Identify any BoD/BoP updates to be done on legacy equipment.
Support simultaneous engineering and feasibility engineering studies among product engineering manufacturing engineering and supplier organizations.
Fully complete the MA0 and MA1 assessments.
Review and Incorporate any High Hurt Actions.
Develop the manufacturing study response and management review decks (i.e. Deep Dive Decks).
Complete study and GPRM input.
Develop layout 0 release (and study alternatives).
Support and concur HPU target setting.
Co-Lead resolution of manufacturing concerns and feasibility issues within the Component Program
Qualifications
Experience 1y to2 Years
Bachelor in Production or Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
Female candidates are preferred
