Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Manager to lead our Workday team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Workday system management optimization and support ensuring its effective utilization across the organization. The Senior Manager will lead a team of Workday specialists providing guidance mentorship and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

  • Lead and manage a team of Workday professionals including performance management coaching and career development.
  • Oversee the configuration maintenance and enhancement of Workday modules including HCM Benefits Compensation and Payroll.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Workday.
  • Collaborate with various departments (e.g. People Operations Total Rewards People Business Partners etc.) to understand their Workday needs and implement solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile and confident in leading a team using Agile principles
  • Develop and implement Workday-related policies procedures and best practices.
  • Manage Workday security roles and permissions ensuring appropriate access levels.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for Workday system inquiries and issues escalating to Workday support as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and new functionalities assessing their impact and potential benefits to the organization.
  • Manage and prioritize Workday projects and initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionalities.
  • Work with People Analytics to ensure data is available for reporting and dashboards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Workday system administration configuration and support.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM Benefits Compensation and Payroll modules.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data. Experience leading a team in an Agile development environment.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday Pro certification.
  • Experience with Workday reporting and analytics.
  • Experience with Workday security and compliance requirements (e.g. SOX).

Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience expertise and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical dental vision life and disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan flexible spending & health savings account paid holidays paid time off and other company benefits.
