Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Specialist to join our team and provide technical expertise support and process automation. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting coding and helping streamline document and data processes.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide IT support for hardware software and general computer-related issues.
Develop maintain and troubleshoot document merge coding ideally in WordPerfect.
Create and maintain conditional logic within documents.
Develop and optimize Visual Basic macros to process and analyze spreadsheet data.
Log update and report on document control activities.
Collaborate with team members to automate data processing and improve efficiency.
Support and maintain Microsoft Office products across the organization.

Requirements:

Familiarity with document merge coding and maintenance ideally in WordPerfect.
Experience coding with conditional logic.
Knowledge of developing Visual Basic macros for spreadsheets.
Ability to log update and report on document control processes.
High level of comfort and experience with Microsoft Office products.
Experience troubleshooting general computer-related issues.
Experience automating data processing is a plus.
IT IS or Computer Science degree preferred.
Must pass background check credit check and drug screen.

Compensation & Benefits:

$45000 annual salary
Employer pays 100% of employee health benefits
