Are you passionate about hospitality and ensuring a top-tier guest experience Were looking for an Engineer to join our team in a newly renovated vibrant environment! As a key member of our maintenance team youll play a vital role in keeping our property in excellent condition and ensuring a safe comfortable stay for our guests.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment systems and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing electrical HVAC and mechanical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs and prevent disruptions.
- Work closely with other departments to address maintenance requests efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while handling tools and materials responsibly.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns ensuring maintenance issues are resolved efficiently to enhance their stay.

Requirements
- HVAC plumbing electrical drywall and some carpentry experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain professionalism
- High school education preferred; relevant training and experience required
- Previous experience in a hotel environment preferred
- Knowledge of applicable Federal state and local health safety and legal regulations
- Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates
- Additional language ability preferred
- CPR and first aid training preferred
