You will be reporting to: Finance & Administration Director
RequirementsWhat you will do:
- Timely posting of accounting entries using SAP accounting software and keep relevant supporting documentation
- Posting of expense reports and reconciliation of credit cards balance
- Perform procedures regarding cash transactions (scheduling of payments reconciliation of bank accounts and credit/debit cards to GL)
- Perform reconciliations with suppliers on a regular basis and reconciliation of various files to GL on a monthly basis
- Support to the preparation of the annual financial audit
- Assist the implementation of financial systems and processes
- Monitor Mydata requirements and perform all the relevant necessary actions
- Preparation of all tax declarations and submission on time (Intrastat VAT withheld taxes List of contracts VIES etc)
- Manage ad hoc projects and active participation on all accounting activities according to needs
- Following up all necessary financial applications to the public authorities and commercial organizations
- Oversee respect of internal procedures and policies
What we are looking for:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting. Further relevant studies at a post-graduate level will be considered a plus
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in a small to medium-sized company (30-100 employees)
- Demonstrated proficiency in Greek GAAP
- ERP knowledge (SAP knowledge will be considered as an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook Word PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills
