What you will do

Requirements

Spanish: Native or C2 level.

English: B2 (spoken and written).

Up to 1 year of experience in BPO Customer Service or Process Management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and empathy.

Very good technical and computer skills.
