Job Summary

You are ready to hit the high notes in recruiting & staffing to help build Music Citys next big talent powerhouse! As a Recruiter you will be joining a brand-new branch opening tuning up to connect people with thriving businesses across the Metro Nashville area and beyond!

Here at Quality Staffing Inc. you will join a fresh dynamic recruiting & staffing office for a successful and seasoned company with a 26-year old track record to support its claim. As we grow in the area you will be part of a collaborative team shaping the future of one of Americas most vibrant cities! You can immediately make an impact through this wonderful opportunity earning $21.00-$24.00/hour (based on experience & skillset of course) plus incentive payouts! This team member will run typical business hours of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. If youre a passionate recruiter with a knack for spotting stars we want you on our stage!

Duties & Responsibilities:

Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards social media job fairs and our growing database.

Vet candidates through thorough interviews and assessments to ensure perfect matches.

Provide a full recruitment experience from initial outreach through onboarding.

Support clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment.

Collaborate with the team to develop sourcing techniques as well as to contribute to growth initiatives.

Track recruitment metrics.

Report to Branch Manager and Senior Management as to status opportunities and key information impacting the branch office team members and clients.

Of course any other needs to support the company as directed by the Branch Manager and Senior Management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in recruiting or staffing an agency setting strongly preferred.

Proven track record of successful placements and building candidate pipelines.

Strong knowledge of recruitment tools application tracking systems job boards recruiting platforms as well as best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bilingual English-Spanish required.

Local to Metro Nashville strongly preferred.
