Reinsurance Claims Operations Analyst / Senior Analyst

What can you expect

• Strive to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and system tools to manage claims processes meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deliver compliant efficient service.

• Ensure claims are processed on a timely basis and remind the cedant to submit Statement Of Accounts (SOAs) ensuring all contractual and warranty conditions are met.

• Support reinsurance audits and reviews reconcile claims cash calls are correctly processed in system.

• Build strong relationships with Brokers Clients and Markets to resolve issues and improve practices.

• Processing Reinsurance Claims includes verifying claim documentation evaluating claim eligibility determining coverage parameters and calculating appropriate claim settlements.

• Networks among senior & junior level of key clients to establish trust and communication chains; ultimate client service responsibility.

We will count on you to:

• Manage claim entry monitoring timeframes and client/reinsurer responses.

• Handle claims calculations as required.

• Review claims advice and billing in line with departmental procedures.

• Ensure procedures and documentation are following Guy Carpenter Professional Standards.

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

What do you need to have

• Proven experience in Treaty Claims Processing in the reinsurance industry.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Curiosity and eagerness to learn.

• Positive attitude and adaptability in complex environments.

• Prior reinsurance industry experience especially in Treaty Reinsurance is highly desirable.

• Ability to work daytime in alignment with Asia time zones as this role covers Asia portfolio.
