About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure to join our clients global Cloud Operations team. You will provide Level 3 systems support build and maintain Azure environments and ensure operational excellence across multi-client cloud services. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams implementing automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and driving continuous improvement in line with ITIL standards. You will also mentor peers manage client engagements and contribute to strategic discussions shaping cloud operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Level 3 IT systems support for managed public cloud services.
Design deploy and maintain Microsoft Azure infrastructure (IaaS PaaS SaaS).
Lead automation scripting and IaC initiatives using Terraform PowerShell or Python.
Review project designs migration plans and technical change requests.
Develop operational documentation diagrams and best practices.
Engage with clients through reviews workshops and regular communication.
Provide guidance mentorship and escalation support to the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
5 years IT experience with 3 years in Microsoft Azure projects
Expertise in scripting automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform PowerShell or Python.
Solid understanding of DevOps and GitOps principles.
Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment supporting multiple clients.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across global teams.

Preferred:

Experience with AWS infrastructure management or hybrid multi-cloud environments.
Familiarity with automation pipelines CI/CD and cloud-native DevOps practices.
Exposure to Linux Kubernetes or cloud security best practices.
Demonstrated experience providing mentorship or leadership within technical teams.
Can start immediately if possible.
