Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our this role you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers presenting our internet service solutions and closing sales to meet and exceed monthly targets. You will act as the first point of contact for many customers making a positive impression while promoting the value reliability and speed of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to residential and business prospects to promote internet phone and related service packages.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our internet solutions tailoring the sales approach to meet customer needs.
- Manage leads through our CRM system ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions concerns and objections with professionalism.
- Stay up to date on company promotions pricing and product/service features.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop strategies that improve sales performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound sales telemarketing or call center environment (telecom/ISP industry experience preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain a positive customer-focused attitude.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced competitive sales environment.
- Proficient with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree a plus.
- Bilingual Preferred - Spanish
