The Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC) is hiring two temporary Coordinators Electrical & Instrumentation to support our upcoming Turnaround working on-site in Regina SK. These roles are set to start as soon as possible with term end dates of June 30th 2026.
We are looking for one Electrical Coordinator and one Instrumentation Coordinator to provide subject matter expertise in the respective areas for the preparation and coordination of our 2026 turnaround. If you are a Journeyperson Electrician and/or a Journeyperson Instrumentation Technician with coordination experience apply today!
What youll do:
- Coordinate scope definition and constructability reviews with stakeholders driving risk identification mitigation strategies and cross-functional alignment prior to execution.
- Review work packages job scopes and schedules interfacing with stakeholders to optimize and prioritize sequential tasks and overall execution readiness.
- Assist with resource determinations and allocations for and during the event including demobilization.
- Work with planning/scheduling to develop and coordinate temporary power plans.
- Coordinate trade specific work during the turnaround ensuring compliance with safety standards refinery policies and industry codes.
- Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities ensuring proper testing and handover of systems.
- Monitor and report execution performance tracking KPIs progress safety and costs while implementing variance analysis and recovery plans to maintain project objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement and knowledge management maintaining turnaround procedures lessons learned and historical data to strengthen future planning accuracy and refinery asset reliability.

You are looking for a career in Electrical and/or Instrumentation and:
- Have a Journeyperson Trade Certification in Electrical and/or Instrumentation
- Have 5 years of experience in the electrical and/or instrumentation field with exposure to planning scheduling turnaround an industrial setting (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
- Have experience coordinating teams throughout a project cycle.
