The pursuits coordinator will provide 50% support to the National Proposal Team and 50% administrative support to the National Preconstruction Team ensuring smooth coordination between pursuit efforts preconstruction planning and business operations. Duties and Responsibilities:
Proposal Team Support (50%)
- Assistwith proposal production formatting editing and submissionlogisticsfor RFQs and RFPs.
- Maintain pursuit databasesresume and project sheets.
- Support proposal scheduling coordination meetings and document version control.
Preconstruction Team Support (50%)
- Provide administrativeassistanceto theNational Preconstruction Leadand team including scheduling meeting notes and report preparation.
- Support documentation tracking for estimates design-assist deliverables and pursuit handoffs.
- Assistin data organization SharePoint updates and resource tracking.
Must-haves:
- 1-2 years experience in an administrative coordination or marketing role.
- Strong attention to detail organization and time management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word PowerPoint Excel) and Adobe Acrobat; InDesign experience an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with a proactive approach and interest in learning about proposal and preconstruction processes.
Nice-to-haves:
This is a new position. The salary range is between $51000 - $60000
