Job Description
Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant (PA) Family Medicine
Location: Lexington NE 68850
Contract Duration: 17 Weeks
Travel Rate: $3571/Week
Schedule:
Monday Wednesday & Friday: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant (PA) Family Medicinefor an exciting travel job in Lexington NE.
Responsibilities
Deliver routine wellness acute and chronic care to patients aged 2
Perform patient histories physical exams and order/interpret diagnostic tests
Develop and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
Educate patients and families on disease prevention health promotion and care plans
Coordinate referrals specialty care and follow-up visits
Maintain accurate timely and compliant clinical documentation
Provide care in a dispensing health center with the support of 2 clinical staff and collaboration with 2 additional providers
Deliver culturally sensitive care to meet the needs of diverse patient populations
Requirements
Current licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (state compliant)
Recent family medicine experience required
Ability to practice independently within scope of license
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency (highly preferred)
Prior experience in community health or primary care settings
