Raytheon seeks an experienced Sr. Program Manager to support their CIWS International this role you will have responsibility for the alignment of both program and company goals & objectives. This position also provides leadership and guidance to project teams fostering a collaborative environment and approach.

**This is an onsite position at our Louisville KY or Tucson AZ facility

**Relocation assistance is NOT available

What You Will Do:

  • Manage international programs ensuring alignment with both program and company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for global projects coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee the execution of project deliverables timelines and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international stakeholders customers and partners through significant international visits.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Monitor and report on project progress risks and issues to management.
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations and company policies.
  • Ability to travel as needed

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
  • Prior Program/Project management experience
  • Prior experience leading/managing teams programs or projects

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Strong strategic planning analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery in the aerospace and defense industry.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent).
  • Experience working with government and defense agencies.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in aerospace and defense.
  • Experience in program management including leadership roles on projects.
  • PM Level 6 Certification or ability to obtain Certification within a year or equivalent certification (PMP etc.).

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS) an agency of the Department of Defense handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 124000 USD - 250000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
