As the Manager IT Infrastructure & Operations Processes Alignment and Communications you will be responsible for driving global excellence and consistency for all processes required and performed by the IT Infrastructure & Operations organization. The goal is to drive harmonization of the performance by promoting the right processes in all aspects of the teams work.
This role also encompasses all communications required by and from the IT Infrastructure & Operations organization targeting both our external consumers (Business Units and Corporate entities) and our internal IT Infrastructure & Operations organization members.
