Facility and Construction Services Coordinator

Main objective of the job:                                      

• Management of the real estates secures the functionality values preservation of the real estates and provides required infrastructure and user specific services.

Main attributions and responsibilities:

• Coordinates and implements activities for the maintenance of spaces;
• Coordinates and implements actions for the proper functionality of spaces;
• Coordinates monitors and implements energy efficiency programs and follows the implementation of the Electrical Safety program;
• Implementation of technologies and software necessary for Facility Management activities;
• Coordinating all activities for the expansion/refurbishment of the space maintaining contact with service providers and landlords of rented buildings;
• Provides support for the evaluation of new spaces and buildings;
• Identifies and implements the necessary measures to stabilize and optimize IFM services;
• Performs analyses and reports of the internal ticket system as well as an employee satisfaction tracking system (collaborates with the rest of the team members to resolve and close tickets within the established time);
• Coordinates and implements the fleet management procedure related to the Timisoara location;
• Organizes and supervises the Access Management Process in collaboration with the designated Security Site Responsible);
• Tracks and reports KPIs. Proposes measures to increase satisfaction for related FCM services and suppliers;
• Provides support to the Health and Safety Department for specific activities (e.g. fire drills);

Qualifications :

Studies:

• University Diploma;
• High school Diploma;

Knowledge and Skills:

• Language: English;
• Previous experience in a similar job for at least 2 years;
• Technical background;
• AutoCAD knowledge driving license category B.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel PowerPoint etc.);
• Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles;
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
