Agentic AI Co-Op - Spring 2026

THE ROLE
Our site in Bedford MA is seeking a/an Agentic AI Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

What Youll Do
Design develop and test AI-powered agents and automation tools to streamline enterprise workflows.
Collaborate with engineering and data teams to identify business processes that can benefit from AI optimization.
Build and maintain APIs and backend services that support intelligent agent functionality.
Apply machine learning models to real-world business scenarios including classification prediction and recommendation tasks.
Integrate AI tools with cloud platforms (e.g. Google Cloud Azure) and enterprise data systems.
Document technical designs workflows and implementation details for internal use and future scalability.
Participate in sprint planning code reviews and team standups to ensure alignment and progress.
Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to improve agent efficiency and accuracy.
Support testing debugging and deployment of AI solutions in production environments.
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and suggest innovative applications for enterprise use.

What We Seek
Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant academic or project experience in AI machine learning or data engineering.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Python SQL or Java.
o Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch).
o Experience with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Azure or AWS is a plus.
Soft Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Certifications: Not mandatory but certifications in AI/ML or cloud technologies are a plus

Eligibility
Must be a currently enrolled student
Available to work 40 hours a week M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June.
Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op program

Compensation: $25-$30/per hour range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
