Job Overview
Join Birmingham City Councils dynamic Applications Support Team as an experienced Senior Application Support Engineer. Youll lead on expert support for various software applications including the new Income Management Application Civica Pay. Collaborate with functional development delivery and security teams to implement and support new and existing solutions.
The ideal candidate should be a user-centric highly motivated individual with extensive experience in providing expert technical support and guidance to internal teams. They should also be able to collaborate and work systematically with other stakeholders to ensure optimal implementation performance and support of a variety of solutions in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
