Job Summary

As a Trials Coordinator youll communicate with our clients throughout the trials process as they test drive a device to get the best fit for their needs.

  • You will help support clients and their team during the device trial period by answering questions and following up on a regular basis throughout the process.

  • You can anticipate an average day on the computer communicating with clients support teams and clinics following up on their device trial.

  • You will take feedback from our clients and from your experiences to make ongoing improvements to our Trial programs overall efficiency.

  • Communication with our clients is key as is communicating with other members of the TTMT360 team to ensure the best service and support is provided from trial to purchase.

Our Trials Team is a growing group of unique individuals focused on providing a variety of options to meet each clients needs. Together they problem solve to streamline the trials process for both our clients and our team and they provide a fun casual environment where everyone is welcome.
