Key Accountabilities

• Lead the design and delivery of finance transformation initiatives that improve efficiency reporting and analytics.

• Partner with leaders across Finance IT and Operations to align priorities and ensure adoption of new solutions.

• Drive the deployment and optimization of cloud-based tools such as Workday Financials Adaptive Planning QRM and Power BI.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders by translating strategy into actionable execution.

• Foster a collaborative high-performance culture built on accountability and continuous improvement.

• Communicate progress risks and outcomes clearly to executive leadership.

• Champion innovation by identifying opportunities for process and technology improvements.

Education & Experience

Required

• Bachelors degree in Finance Strategy Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 10 years of progressive experience in Finance Strategy or Transformation roles.

• 7 years of experience with finance systems such as Workday Financials Adaptive Planning or QRM.

• Deep knowledge of core finance functions including planning reporting close controls and operations.

Preferred

• Experience leading enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives.

• Strong background in cloud-based ERP and EPM platforms.
