Are you ready to take ownership of one of the most dynamic product portfolios in logistics

At Maersk we are reshaping the way we deliver LCL (Less than Container Load) solutions across Germany Austria and Switzerland. We are now looking for a self-driven commercially sharp LCL Product Manager to lead strategy growth and profitability for the DACH Area.

What youll do

  • Own the full P&L for LCL across DACH with a strong focus on Germany.
  • Develop long-term strategies to strengthen our market leadership.
  • Guide and empower Sales teams with product expertise and direction.
  • Meet customers alongside Sales articulating our product value and insights.
  • Partner with Finance on budgets forecasts and performance reviews.
  • Present to senior stakeholders influencing strategic decisions.

What were looking for

  • Proven experience in freight forwarding ideally with LCL exposure.
  • Strong financial skills confident with P&L forecasting and performance analysis.
  • Assertiveness and the ability to hold others accountable in a complex organisation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior audiences.
  • Strategic mindset with the drive to deliver long-term success.
