Develop and execute sales plans for GNSS and surveying product portfolio in Germany
Identify potential customers distributors and channel partners
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts and local partners
Conduct market research competitor tracking and prepare sales reports
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver product demos and pre-sales support
Achieve annual sales and growth targets
German national fluent in German & English
35 years of experience in surveying GNSS or construction equipment sales
Strong network within geospatial surveying or construction industries
Proactive results-driven and highly persuasive with strong negotiation skills
Valid drivers license & willingness to travel frequently across Germany
