The Business Partner leads strategic conversations with internal stakeholders ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with broader organizational objectives. This role is responsible for developing and managing integrated marketing plans overseeing campaign execution and monitoring performance. It also supports budget planning and reporting using data analysis to guide decision-making and identify opportunities.
In addition to marketing strategy the Business Partner leads internal communications across the region to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with enterprise priorities. This includes partnering with regional leadership to develop and execute communication plans that support organizational initiatives and employee engagement. The role manages internal content such as intranet updates and newsletters supports leadership messaging for meetings and recognition efforts and contributes to crisis communication planning in collaboration with media relations and leadership. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential as this position serves as a key liaison across teams driving clarity collaboration and consistency in both marketing and internal communications.
Participates in implementing major marketing and sales programs and initiatives. Manages marketing and sales for multiple products and product groups.
Develops strategies to drive the business while maintaining alignment with parent branding and other enterprise branding and sales strategies. Manages the content messaging and execution of integrated marketing campaigns sales tool kits and programs. Manages costs within a predetermined budget and participates in cross-functional teams for planning and team collaboration.
Provides clear direction and vision to the team and mentor junior team members. Monitors industry trends that impact accounts and identify potential opportunities.
Qualifications
