We are seeking a polished and detail-oriented Promotions Assistant to support our promotional campaigns client initiatives and event operations. This role plays an essential part in coordinating brand activations maintaining high-quality client representation and ensuring the smooth execution of promotional events. You will work closely with our promotions team to bring ideas to life and deliver outstanding experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and brand activations.
Support day-to-day campaign operations and ensure timelines are met.
Prepare and organize promotional materials and event setups.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
Interact with clients and event attendees in a professional and engaging manner.
Gather feedback and assist in post-event evaluations.
Maintain a strong understanding of brand messaging and campaign goals.
