What youll do
Lead multi-million-dollar projects making key design and technical decisions that showcase your vision and expertise. Youll shape high-profile civic public sector and defence projects from design to delivery.
Drive design development DA submissions tender documentation RFI responses and site visits ensuring timelines and profitability targets are achieved. Coordinate consultants and manage stakeholder engagement liaising directly with clients and overseeing QA processes for documentation.
What youll need
Solid experience delivering projects in Australia from DA through to handover
Strong Revit proficiency (essential) and knowledge of industry-standard tools
Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to lead meetings
Ambition and drive someone who thrives in a collaborative studio and is eager to grow
