POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter to join our HR team. This role will focus primarily on recruiting top-performing sales professionals to support OBMs expanding sales organization while also providing recruiting support across other departments as addition to recruiting this individual will play a key role in onboarding and training new sales team members to ensure a seamless transition into the company.
During slower recruiting periods the Recruiter will support broader HR functions contributing to employee engagement compliance and other people-related projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter with general HR knowledge who thrives in a fast-paced growing environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for sales roles including sourcing screening interviewing and facilitating offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
- Provide a best-in-class candidate experience through consistent and timely communication.
- Support recruiting efforts for roles across all departments as needed.
- Lead onboarding for new sales team members including training and orientation sessions.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues on employee experience compliance and engagement initiatives.
- Track analyze and report on recruiting metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4-6 years of recruiting experience with a focus on sales hiring strongly preferred.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Experience supporting onboarding and training programs.
- General HR knowledge and ability to support HR processes when needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
