The Business Partnership Lead is responsible for growing Scopes Employment Pathway services by securing new business and building strong partnerships with external companies. By generating packaging contracts and managing client relationships you will create more work opportunities for our supported factories.
You will:
- Develop new business leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.
- Promote Scopes packaging services to external companies across a range of industries.
- Manage client accounts to ensure high-quality service and repeat business.
- Work alongside supported employees in our production facilities encouraging and coaching them as they deliver on client contracts.
- Lead coach and support employees in task completion while promoting inclusive workplace practices.
- Oversee production and operational processes including inventory product specifications and job setup.
- Performing production support tasks on the packaging floor as needed.
This position is ideal for someone with proven relationship and business development skills who is also motivated by social impact and working for a Not For Profit. Youll combine commercial acumen with a genuine passion for creating inclusive employment opportunities directly contributing to meaningful work for people with disability.

Requirements:
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check
- Must have full-time working rights in Australia
- NSW Drivers License
