Need Overall 8Years of experience

3 References from the recent projects are must.

Minimum Qualifications:

4 years of experience mentoring and providing consultation and direction to Social Services Applications (SSA) staff.
4 years of experience analyzing and interpreting technical information including regulations policy and automation system documentation.
4 years of experience communicating in writing translating user/business needs into a technical style and writing technical instructions for system users.
4 years of experience planning and coordinating individual and group work activities.
4 years of experience detecting and diagnosing application problems.
4 years of experience creating technical designs for solutions to problems.
4 years of experience working professionally with a broad range of stakeholders.
4 years of experience preparing concise business requirements technical specifications and related artifacts.

Specific Skills:

Business Process Analysis & Requirements Gathering.
Business Process Mapping/Reengineering.
Writing BRDs functional & technical specifications.
Preparing cost/benefit ROI buy/build analyses.
Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Action Planning.
Peer Review QA Technical Writing & Editing.
Production Support for SSA eligibility systems (TIERS SSP EST).
